We’ve been supporting individuals living with disability, including those who are neurodiverse or have intellectual or physical disabilities to participate in inclusive camp experiences for nearly 40 years. We understand the benefits of experiencing camp, and support our participants to participate in a range of activities in a social setting. Camps are funded through NDIS Core Supports (including Short Term Accommodation and Respite, where eligible) or other funding streams participants may have access to. People Outdoors is a program of the Australian Camps Association (ACA). The ACA is a Registered NDIS Service provider.

How to Join Us On Camp

Complete our quick form to help us learn about you and your support requirements.		To provide further information about our programs (including camp costs).		During this meeting we will introduce ourselves and discuss how our program works in readiness for you to join us on your first camp.		You’ll meet us at our departure location, board the bus and we’ll head off on your selected camp – let the adventure begin!

The People Outdoors program gives children, teens and adults with disability the chance to experience real camp adventures, make friends and build confidence — with the right support around them.

We make camp possible, so participants can have fun, try new things and develop greater independence in a supported environment.
