Why Support People Outdoors?

People Outdoors are experts in providing outcomes-focused outdoor experiences for people living with disability, that are all about personal development, social connection and enjoying the great outdoors.

Programs include overnight through to week-long residential camps and provide people living with disability the opportunity to experience the social and developmental benefits of adventure outdoors. All programs are staffed by trained and passionate professionals and Volunteers.

Your support will help us continue to provide these important recreational and social programs for people living with disability.

You can support us by donatingbecoming a Volunteer or even hiring our equipment.

Donate to the People Outdoors Fund

The People Outdoors Fund is used to support disadvantaged individuals by underwriting the costs associated with attending camp. Each and every contribution is an investment in the wellbeing of our camper's lives.

  • $30 can go toward purchasing sporting equipment
  • $50 can go toward a camper's meal costs on camp
  • $100 can go towards support equipment like shower chairs and off-road wheelchairs.
  • $150 can go towards sending a volunteer on camp to support our campers.
  • higher donation ammounts can help go toward funding a camper to attend a camp.
